Terms for using Noddi

The service

Noddi drafts social media posts from material you send and publishes them to accounts you connect, only after your explicit approval. Drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every post before approving it.

Your account and content

• You must own or be authorised to manage every account you connect, and to post every photo, video and claim you approve.
• You keep all rights to your content. You grant us the licence needed to process, store and publish it on your instruction.
• You will follow Meta's and LinkedIn's platform terms and community guidelines. Accounts used for spam, misleading claims or unlawful content may be suspended.

Our obligations

• We publish only what you approve, to the accounts you chose, and send you the link.
• We keep tokens encrypted and delete them when you disconnect.
• We aim for continuous availability but third-party APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) may change or fail; we are not liable for posts delayed or blocked by them.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period. Pilot workspaces are free during the pilot.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
